Time for an upgrade, what should I upgrade next?

I've been thinking on upgrading my CPU cooler, since stock AMD coolers are absolute crap and I really want to get more out of CPU before I upgrade it. But what do you guys think? My budget is no more than $150, 'mkay? :3

My current specs:
CPU : AMD A10-7860K
GPU : XFX Radeon R7 370
RAM : Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x)
MoBo : ASRock FM2A88M Pro3+
Case : Raidmax Viper GX
PSU : EVGA 500W PSU

Peripherals:
Keyboard: Motospeed S69 Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: Motospeed S69 Gaming Mouse
Monitor: Princeton 19' LCD Monitor
Headphones: Stock Apple Earbuds...

Dude, I have a $150 budget incase I should upgrade something OTHER than the CPU cooler. I was asking if I should upgrade the CPU cooler or upgrade something else. I mean I don't know 'bout you but I'm not one to but a $100+ CPU cooler.

LOL R7 370 is almost exactly same performance as the RX 460 or the GTX 950, did you even compared the GPU's performances?
if you realy want some pc performance with the 150$, buy an SSD and use your current HDD as storage
