There is a MSI Twin Frozr GTX 760 2GB for $135 aussie dollars (not sure how much US). But i was wondering if this card is still good for todays games .

It's ok for today's games. It's getting a bit old though. When it came out it can stay with the 7950, but if you look at newer games even the 7870 passes the 760. I'm not up on your money conversion though so I'm not sure if it's a good deal.

You can use http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php to compare GPU benchmarks. For example compare the 760 to newer GPUs and see if it's still good. It's performance is in-between the gtx 970m (laptop GPU) and the 980m (also laptop GPU) so it is pretty good for games. But the memory is pretty low only 2gb so you won't be really able to play on max settings (ultra) on the latest games. I suggest u gather up a bit more and get a 1060
