hello everyone, can someone help me with this? im trying to find the time warranty from sapphire on their website but only says "limited warranty*" it doesnt show the real time, i mean if its 1 year or 2? ill appreciate ur help

i RMA some things;
1 GPU epic fail on the first 10 days, got a complete new one on the same day i returned the broken one;
1 Corsair H100 with almost 1,5 years, the pump stoped working, send it to RMA and passing almost a month they send me an H110 because the H100 was out of the market, and no more utnits so send in time.
1 keyboard (a CMStorm) with only more 3 weeks of warranty, the led backlight starts to blinking, got a new keyboard on the same day

but all this things i did by going to the shop i buy all the components, not dealing with the manufacturer directly

did u have any experience with rma's process? because im from latin america. ohh btw i bought this card in june 26, past year.. im having artifacts issues, card isnt responding..
