So today I decided to clean some dust out of my custom-built PC, and while I was in there, I decided to do some cable management. Well, I unplugged the USB 3.0 cable and it came out without a problem, no unnecessary pressure or anything. When I went to go plug the cable back in, I noticed the pins in the connector were bent! Strange! I didn't put any pressure or anything on it so I have no clue how/why they got bent! So I've just left the USB 3.0 cable unplugged and simply won't use the front board USB ports, until I get a new MOBO. Which I'm planning on getting a new CPU anyways... So, I would have to get a new MOBO anyways. (Because my current CPU is Haswell Refresh, and new CPU is Skylake), my MOBO does not have a warranty on it, and yeah.... So should I just leave it unplugged until I get the new MOBO?
