Okay so heres my problem i had recently moved my pc so i was plugging in all the wires and i had plugged them all in apart from the power cord and when i plugged in the power cord it was fine then i had to plug my mouse in, i couldnt reach the usb port so i moved the pc the psu hole the part where the wire goes in sparked; and now the computer wont turn on. I am going to take it to a pc repair shop tomorrow and i dont really wont to waste money on repairing it.
Also i have no knowledge of computers so a indepth explanation will be required.

(I have tried different power cables and different power outlets.)

i think you blow the internal fuse of the PSU, if you know about electronics you can do the repair by yourself.
but if you take the compouter to a shop, they will put a new PSU, and the price will be high because they will charge the diagnose, the repair time and the psu itself
