I have not really had real issues with this printer until today. I have printed tons of different types of documents (Word, Excel, etc) from it with no issues. Today I tried to print an excuse note for my daughter's school in Word and it came out blank even though the preview showed the doc? So next I tested an Excel doc and it printed. Then I tried printing another Word doc and it printed. Can't figure this out?
Just now I made up another new doc in Word and another new Excel sheet and both came out blank? Seems almost like it will now only print out older, saved documents only and doesn't want to print out any new ones?
