My case is the Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 and my mobo is MSI H110 Gaming Micro ATX. The case plugs are: RESET SW, POWER SW, +P LED, -P LED, and H.D.D LED. I'm confused and the mobo manual isn't doing shit for me. First time build. Thanks to anyone who answers :)

MSI's site is down at the moment, they must be doing some maintenance. But if I may offer some advice, don't be intimidated, it's really easier that you think. You could check out videos like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6q4h-lNHrU this one, but in the end it comes down to what your motherboard manual instructs, and sticking to those instructions. Some motherboards have the area in question color coded to make things easier. Yours isn't one of them from what I'm seeing, but don't despair. If need be, use a magnifying glass to help you. Just understand it isn't as difficult as you think and proceed to connect as per the manual's instructions.
if the motherboard manual doesn't have an image showing which front panel pins are for what i would contact MSI support and tell them you need a more detailed description. they should either offer to walk you through or send a good image with text. when they get their sites back up that is.
i've had a few that were hard to setup but the manual always had a detailed image
