Is asus gtx 1060 compatible with gigabyte b85m d3h? I mean will it fit in that motherboard as the card is big. And also will this card(strix gtx 1060) fit in thermaltake versa II ?

So long as your motherboard has a PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot, a processor and ram combo that won't bottleneck the GPU as well as a PSU that can deliver the power necessary for your GPU and a case that won't hinder you clearance, you can drop just about any GPU in a motherboard.

To answer your question, yes it's compatible but without the PSU, CPU and ram devoid in your specs, it's not a solid yes.

i think that wont create any issue. my concern is, will this card fit in this casing and motherboard ? Because if i bought one than it'll be impossible for me to reaplace it!

It seems you will have some trouble, I bough one and it doesn't fit well, covering the sata connectors and not allowing my wireless card to be used in the PCI slot, 2 slots bellow.
