My friend has build this new computer, pretty high end, and he has a constant frame drop, for like 5 seconds it's 60fps, then it's at like 5 fps for like 5 seconds, then it goes back to 60. Could anyone please help? He thinks people on this site will try to hack him if he posts here, so I had to do it for him.
His specs: Asus GTX 970 4gb STRIX, intel i5 4460, WD Caviar blue 1TB, Some corsair SSD at like 128 gb that I wanted him to have for start drive, Crucial Ballistix sport 16gb ddr3-1600 and corsair VS450
