CPU: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 380
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 10, 64-bit
My PC is 7 months old. I used to be able to run games like Rainbow Six Siege and Elite Dangerous at 60-75 FPS, (75 FPS being the limit of my monitor's refresh rate) on maximum graphics settings with no issues. Lately, I've been having issues where suddenly after about 30 minutes of play in said games, my FPS drops to <30. It is also worth noting that when my frame rate was stable, it was still lower than usual.
I am fairly certain the problem is with either the CPU, Motherboard/BIOS, or cooling system. Any help is much appreciated.
