Hi,

My issue is that when i play games, my PC just black screens, and restarts.

I have just had my PC upgraded (new GPU, CPU, Motherboard, RAM) and i got it back today. The games i run now run in high/ultra now but when i do certain tasks it just restarts my System.

Example: When i play Counter-Strike Global Offensive, i can play this game getting around 300fps in max settings. However, when i see a smoke grenade or molitov close up, my computer just restarts?
On other games (H1Z1, DayZ) i have experienced my PC restarting when i first put the setting in high/ultra, but i have no issue with it now.

I believe the problem could be overheating as i ran a CPU tempreture test and i think that it says the max temp my CPU can go is around 40c. I've read threads saying it can go up to 90?

Any help is much appreciated,
thanks

Ok! I'm 90% sure i solved the smoke grenade issue, what i did was enabled Vsync/tripple buffering and i also maxed my fps to 160. This seems to work as i threw multiple smoke and ran through them and looked at them and it didn't show any sign of restarting.

However...

I now have an issue with another game which i previously didn't have an issue with. H1Z1. I've tried playing H1Z1 multiple times since my first experience and it just will not let me play. The first time i played it on my new rig, i put it in high setting for everything and got an average of 100fps. It ran perfectly. But now when i go on (WITH THE EXACT SAME SETTINGS AND HARDWARE) IT JUST CRASHES AS SOON AS I LOAD INTO A SERVER!? can anyone try and explain to me why my PC is having this restart problem!? I believe it is the PSU not being strong enough.

I based my build off this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1OQGAlVr28

I took the GPU, CPU and motherboard out of that build and installed my own 16GB RAM. My PSU is 750w which is 150w more than the one in that video!? so what isnt working properly!?
