How many fans do I need for my system?

Hey, I'm looking into building my own custom computer with a i5-4590 3.3Ghz LGA 1150 Processor and I feel unsure about the current cooling that I have.
I have an old case from an old Intel computer back in 2009 which I am planning on using to cut the costs, and it seems to have only one fan inside it.

I'm wondering if just the one case fan and the stock fan is enough to cool the machine...
This is my first custom PC that I'm trying to build so I'm not so experienced yet.

All computer parts
1) Processor: i5-4590 3.3Ghz
2) Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 360 2GB
3) RAM: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB 240-pin DDR3-1600 PC3-12800
4) Power Supply: EVGA 430W Power Supply
5) Motherboard: MSI H81M-E33 Intel H81 Chipset mATX Motherboard
6) Hard drive I am borrowing from the old computer.

I'm trying to cut the costs underneath 350 and it is currently at 331 dollars.

Solution
With that setup, yes. As long as the single case fan is an exhaust fan at the rear of the case. And as long as you don't live in extremely hot environments.
