Hey guys, so I just got accepted into university a few days ago and have been working on a build over the few weeks researching etc etc. I have budgeted for this hence the costs. I'll be going to Orlando for a bit to buy the CPU & GPU to save a bit of costs (UK prices are astronomical sometimes). So take a look. I read some insecurities about EVGA Supernova PSUs so I was thinking to get a Corsair HX series

Don't go for the 840 Evo, offers less performance than the 850 and costs more.
Motherboard seems overkill for your purposes, i've left it in for now, but why did you put it in? o_O
I've upgraded you to a 144hz 1080p monitor which will be much better with a 1070 than 60Hz, put in an 802.11ac wireless card, changed out for better RAM.
Keyboard is a personal choice, although for starters in mechanical keyboards and for gaming I recommend the Cherry MX Blue switches.
I've changed out all the above stuff and still gotten it cheaper.
Enjoy! ;)
