Graphics card is suddenly running hot?

Ok so, for some reason my graphics card gets super hot that i cant even touch it! it burns so bad, I do have an older xfx 850w power supply could it be the power supply that i bought of ebay for dirt cheap? I did clean out the graphics card, and replaced the thermal paste! but i can't just figure it out! the graphics card makes a buzzing sound that i haven't think i heard before, the graphics card is an xfgx r9 280x. And the graphics only gets hot while in games.

If your GPU is under full load than that is normal. Anything above 90 C is bad for a GPU so your GPU is fine. Do not touch your GPU while it is on again, you could destroy it.

Oh yeah forgot it runs at like 80 degrees .
