You don't list prices or what YOU need from them! Basically impossible to answer without those two pieces of information.

If you wanted a motherboard suggestion only (no claims about value), I would suggest the gigabyte one, great set of basic features and no-fuss software (asus ai tweak is absolutely horrible!)
