My PC is acting up and i have no idea what to do

Hi i need some help. About 10 days ago my pc started becoming really laggy and slow like i could play games like GTA V, ARK survival evolved but now i cant play anything. Everything i try to play runs at 10 fps and is unplayable. But the wierd thing is I already gave my computer in to the computer technician (yes it was a legit company) and he fixed everything that was wrong (changed thermal paste, did something related with ram ect.). So 3 days ago I turned on my pc to see if everything was like it should be and it wasn't. I Scanned my computer with multiple security programs and it said there is no malware or virus. Now i am hopeless and asking the forum. please help me

RAM: 8.00 GB

I meant what the graphics card was. The GPU probably has broken, I would send it back to NVidia. Unless you have another GPU to test?

But see the computer technician i gave my pc to he checked everything about my pc and gave it back as if it was new, so in my opinion it could be something to do with a virus or bad files because my specs are perfectly fine

Are you sure your using the graphics card and not the integrated graphics on your processor? Have you gotten the latest drivers for your card?
