This attitude, doesn't help anyone.

Saying my stuff is useless is definitley not going to get you temps.
This attitude also doesn't help anyone.

So far you have given us no useful information other than it's a 6700 with a 970 and a small PSU. So your first post is technically and actually useless for gaining you the help you want.

If you want us to help, help us to help you, you need the help, you want the help. Not us.

We recognise that english may not be your first language, that's ok, you seem to have a good enough grasp of it given what you have written.
Most likely the issue isn't the CPU rather GPU. You need to sit down, use pcpartpicker to show your current build, test various games, record frequencies and temps, and then post back all that information. Your current post is completely useless for anyone trying to help you.
