Hi,

Q.1 Is this build alright? No messed up PSU which may fry my components when I add a 1060?
Nope, it is bronze and 80+ certified it should be good!

Q.2 Is the CPU bottle necking the GPU(ofc when I will add it)?
This will depend on what game you will play. For example if your target to play on high or ultra settings you can for some game while other you cant, as the CPU/Threads is 4/4. I believe with this build you can play Mid-high on most of the games unless the game is so demanding!

Q.3 What framerate would I get on high?It will be above 60,right?
You should but not sure as it also depend on the monitor you have if it supports more than 60 (To my knowledge)!

Q.4 Can I use this particular motherboard to add an SSD along with...

Yes, why not! You have 4 SATA 6GB inputs.
Yes, it is better to have the OS & Games on the SSD and your data on the HDD.

Q.5 How long will this last me?
It depends on what games you will play, I have my PC for more than 5years and I still see it fine as I dont play on medium-high on LoL/Overwatch/Diablo3 and might try other games which is enough for me!

Your build (The GPU I added it to check the PSU not for any other reason):
