Would changing thermal paste make it better ?

As others suggested it sounds like thermal throttling. Your motherboard may be pushed to its limits as well since it's such a budget motherboard. I believe it's a 3 phase vrm board, no heatsinks on the vrm which can overheat and cause vrm throttling as well. Thermal paste won't make it better, it will only affect temps by 1-3c depending on paste.

It will also depend on your ambient room temps since they directly affect overall cooling. You need adequate case airflow, a decent cpu cooler since it's an 8 core cpu and potentially some sort of additional cooling over the vrm to make up for the fact it's pushed to its limit powering that cpu and lacking heatsinks.

Eem how i make more adequate airflow ?
and here is my pc pictures http://imgur.com/a/xqBLH

Yes fans in the front and rear like you showed would help move fresh air into the case and hot air out of the case. Is it possible to turn your cooler 90 degrees to the left so the air is blowing out the back of the case instead of up? Right now you don't have any fans it appears circulating air through the case and with the cooler turned upward all the hot cpu exhaust air is being pushed up into the power supply causing the power supply to run hotter than it needs to.
