If it's a good quality PSU(which i highly doubt) it would, albeit at the limit.
If that is a PSU that came with a prebuilt, i wouldn;t even try. THose usually just advertise a wattage, while in reality beeing capable of considerably less.
Yes, it helps. Don't even try what you were planning. You need a better PSU ar risk frying your system.
Look onto an XFX TS 430W or 550W. They are very good for their prices.
Ah cause I tried the graphics card earlier and got no display. Was wondering if its PSU or the card bust. Only fan was spinning slowly and middle of card got warm

Well, what's done is done. You probably didn;t ruin anything it's just that the PSU can't do it. Don't try again though. And change taht PSU asap.
