Earlier today I was installing 3rd party themes for Windows 10. Before doing this I did create a system restore point. (No idea how to use it) After I installed this one theme (http://bit.ly/2b8nWuY) my computers screen started flashing grey and white. I'm not sure what to do now. I can go into the bios. And I do have a Windows disc. When trying to power on regularly the screen still flashes white and black. I'm not sure what to do can someone help.

You should remove the 2nd hdd - just d/c its power cables inside case - before reinstalling win 10. Otherwise win 10 might dump files on it during install.
Then when you run installer, delete both the partitions off Drive 0 and click next
Win 10 will recreate all the partitions it needs again - this might help: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

you running out of space, almost time for a bigger ssd soon. Sorry I slow to answer, took a while to wake up today.

change boot order to USB first, hdd second
boot from win 10 installer (I assume thats what you have?)
on 2nd page of installer, after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore
pick the restore point it made before install
PC will roll back to then and restart.

I got my computer premade from Digital Storm (http://bit.ly/1SzEtJ8) And it came with a disc. The disc could possibly be Windows 8.1 if it is can I still do that? And how do I change the boot order to the disc? Thanks

Yes the motherboard I am currently using is the ASUS H110m-a (H110 Chipset)
And how big should the Usb drive be, I only have 4 GB usbs maybe one 8 GB usb

EDIT: Turns out when I created the System Restore Point I set the max usage to 0 so I can't restore. So I am now reinstalling Windows 10 Pro.

EDIT AGAIN: When I go to the custom installation I have 3 partitions. I'm not sure to format or delete these partitions and how to combine them. The first two partitions are my C:\ which Windows is installed on. The 3rd partition is my D:\ which is just another drive for games and media. Here is an image.

Ok, I did all this and my computer seems to be working fine. It took a while to reinstall all the drivers but I think I did it. Thanks for all the help.
