Can't overclock AMD A10 7850k not even 100mhz

My problem is that my apu becomes unstable even if i go from 3.7 to 3.8ghz. I have turbo off APM enabled LLC medium and stock voltages. I didnt touch the voltage because its only a 100mhz boost.All the C-states are off too.I didnt overclock anything else except for the ram to its rated 2400mhz (its stable it ran 10 Loops of Memtest 86+).
My Hardware is:
A10 7850k
Asrock A88X Extreme4
430 watt from be quiete
and corsair Vengeance 2x8gb (2400mhz)

Hi,

What do you mean by "unstable"?

Firstly confirm you have an after market cooler before trying the below:

Try increasing the voltage by the smallest amount, then try going from 3.7Ghz -> 3.8Ghz
If that doesn't help, increase it a little bit more, but after 2-3 increases, don't bother as you may have a baseline CPU with no extra headroom.

Bad luck on the CPU-lottery.
