Hello guys, so I have been having an fairly annoying issue lately. When I start up my pc after 5 minutes or so I get a message: display driver stopped responding and has recovered. (I don't get any screen stutters or something at all) This even happens when just browsing the web. Using msi afterburner I can see that the core clock of my msi gtx 970 4g drops from 1114 to 540 after the crash and stays like that, because of this I get low fps in almost every game.
I have tried uninstalling drivers using the Guru3d display driver uninstaller and reinstalling them and also installing some different older versions.
I also tried going to nvidia control panel and changing power management to best performance. PLZ HELP

Looks like tons of people having this issue with various nvidia and/or amd cards. My system never had this and then I started getting it after upgrade to windows 10. Also nvidia updated their video drivers around same time so not sure which is the culprit. Pretty sure it is not hardware related but software problem.

Every single day I boot up and 90% of the time I get either the display driver stopped responding error and/or a frozen system. I was hoping either Microsoft or Nvidia had enough reports where a new driver was updated to fix this but nothing yet.
