I just got a new PC from Cyber Power with a GTX 980 and a i7-6700k and 8.00 GB Ram but i go on CS;GO and get 30 fps in game and I think its just not using the GPU or something like that but i dont know what else could be happening I have tried to reinstall drivers but that did not work. P.S. i have a z170 mobo
