Opinions on my Custom Gaming Computer?

Before I place an order for all these parts, I want to know if any of you have any advice for the parts I am using. Here is the list:

Asus A88XM-A /USB 3.1 w/ Dual DDR3 2133, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, PCI-E x16, USB 3.1 Gen 2

Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 16GB DDR3-1333MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 8GB)

AMD A10-7860K APU, Black Edition 3.6GHz w/ 4MB Cache

EVGA GeForce GTX 950 SuperClocked Gaming, 2GB PCI-E w/ DVI, HDMI, Triple DP

ThermalTake TR2 500W Power Supply

Like I said in the title, I want to use this for gaming. Specifically I want it to be good enough to run Fallout 4 with decent graphics at a good framerate.

Oh, and another question:
With the APU I have, do I need to buy a fan for it?

That processor would be far to weak to run Fo4 at reasonable settings, probably even low.
The power supply is very poor quality.
The RAM is slow as well, nor do you need 8GB.

What is your budget?

1) The place I was going to buy from didn't have Intel. But I'm going to use what @Gam3r01 set up for me.
2) I have a lot of spare drives here. Don't need to buy a new one.
