Internet speed not reaching full on one computer

I'm supposed to be getting 150 mbps, and It reaches that on other pcs but my main one doesn't
I'm connected via powerline, but it's rated at 10/100 so i should be at least getting 100 Mbps but I'm only getting about 40, which is barely an upgrade to the 35 package i used to have.
All the drivers on my pc are updated

And you probably have a 100Mbit wired connection to each powerline bridge. There is no guarantee of the speed of the link on the home wiring.
