check your motherboard manual and/or the manufacturer product page. there should be an image in the manual that shows connections. also should be a list on the product web page's specifications tab displaying how many fans are supported.

Your board has 2x fan headers, 1 for the cpu and 1 for the system. There's only 1 way you'll have 4 or more fans and thats with some sort of powered splitter, be it a wire splitter or a physical hub. Much depends on the actual header itself, but usually a 4pin header is used with a 4way splitter that's powered directly by molex/Sata from the psu but uses the speed control from the motherboard. A 3pin header is best used by a fan controller of some sort where individual fans are powered through a control linked to the psu with no motherboard connection.
