Recently, I have been getting some slow down while gaming on my computer. Example would be when I am playing Overwatch or Heroes, I'll have a lag spike/microstutter (where all the characters stand still then suddenly skip).

I've check my computer temperatures and both my CPU and GPU are around 60 degrees Celsius, my RAM and CPU usage isn't that high.

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this?

You probably have a bad internet connection. You can check your internet speed by simply googling "internet speed test." If the test says you have good internet connection then maybe the servers you play on aren't optimized well for where you live.
