Before reading the questions, please take some seconds to read this, and im sorry for taking your time.

1. CPU in my pc is FX 6300, I know its old, i know its not the best, but it suits me well and im NOT changing it anytime soon.
2. PSU can handle the OC and thats not why i am here.
3. MOBO is GB 970a-ud3p rev 2.0(i asked on this forum specifically for a mobo that can OC the fx 6300 before i bought it 8-9 months ago)
4.CPU cooler is LC-CC-120, its performance is similar to the CM 212 Evo, probably a little worse, but the temperature IS NOT AN ISSUE here. Not the temperature of the Voltage regulator, not the CPU temperature, not the socket temperature, seriously, its fine, im monitoring everything because im a freak for that stuff.
5.. Try to answer my question before writing something like "just get better ram, mb, cpu, everything".

My ram is kingston 1333mhz 10gb. One 8gb stick and one 2gb stick, both the same manufacturer, same clock just different sizes.
I overclocked the processor to 4.3 ghz with 1.33 Vvore, medium LLC, all of the bios power saving options are OFF.
On the other hand the ram is clocked at 1.5V stock.

QUESTIONS:

Should i oc the ram voltage/mhz along with the processor?
If thats a yes, how high should i take it?
Or should i just bump the CPU voltage until it gets stable(not planning to bump voltage over 1.45).

Thanks in forward for answering, sorry for the long post.

that's the crux of the problem when monitoring ram. there are no sensors to do it. it requires an external source like IR thermometer or a thermal imaging camera. That said you can probably skip it for the most part if you find a stable setting.

I would yes. As to how high you should take that depends on ram temps and the highest stable overclock the ram can handle. What ever you max the OC at for the ram (my guess is somewhere close to 1600mhz or so if your lucky mainly due to amd's not overclocking memory well, not the ram itself) i would back it off a 25-75mhz depending how reserved you are about your stuff burning out sooner rather then later. From your CPU OC i am guessing you would be happy backing off just 25mhz. Also voltage is silcon lottery dependant. but my guess is somewhere between 1.55-1.65 volts. hope that helps.

Is there a way to monitor ram temps?
I use hwinfo64 to monitor temperatures of CPU,GPU,Socket, but nowhere here it says RAM. It has many temperatures named Temp1, temp2,etc. I just know that temp 2 is socket temp, the rest of them i dont know what they are for.
