I normally say around 60% of the cost new today, unless it's obsolete tech or the 'new' listings are in 'new, old stock' territory.

I can't find a new listing for a Gaming 6 board, so using a Gaming 5 for comparison

W10 (assuming it's an OEM copy) has no second-hand value that you can realistically recover - it's pretty much useless away from that specific motherboard. It might help add a little value when selling a complete system.

Considering you can buy new for $782, 60% would put you a little under $500 being realistic. Hopefully you'd get more. I'd maybe list for $650 and hope to get $575-$600.
