Hello! I just bought an SSD. I was wondering how i get windows 10 on my SSD that is currently on my Hard drive. I want to make my SSD my primary drive where i can use it to boost my start-up performance and use the hard drive that i have currently for storage. So i was just wondering how i can get the windows 10 over to my SSD in order for it to work. (No windows disk).

In order for you to install Windows 10 onto your new SSD, you must first create a bootable USB stick with the version you have installed on your PC. You can do that by using the Microsoft Windows Creation Tool, linked below:

Once Windows is installed on your SSD, you can format the HDD and use it as a backup disk, just make sure to save all your data before formating.

Solution
depending on size of the SSD, size of the HD, and what all you plan on keeping you could just clone the Windows partition to the new drive with cloning software.

if this system is already running a registered version of Windows 10 and you don't care about keeping anything, then you reinstalling on the new disk will be all you need.

edit: as I see another user already stated and posted,
