What is the best condenser microphone under $200!

I'm looking for the very best microphone under $200 it doesnt have to come with extra accessories just has to be raw quality which can be enhanced even more with editing software.This microphone will be mostly used for live streaming on twitch and I will also be experimenting with YouTube. Please include the best audio technica microphone, also a mic that can support usb adapter, I will upgrade to xlr later on.

I got the AT2020+USB is a solid 4.5/5 the only con is really my fault is that i live next to a freeway but with a little setting changes its improves not to a 5 but close. There are other small cons but there manageable, My favorite thing about this mic is the headphone jack!
