An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk4\DR5 During a paging operation

I've done a search and it seems this would indicate a failing drive. However, the drive indicated, as far as I can tell is not currently connected to the pc.

I have four internal drives but disconnected one of them temporarily, and I found this error while looking for something unrelated in the event viewer.

I've disconnected the power connector to the drive but the sata cable is still connected to the drive itself and the motherboard.

According to Disk Management, there are only 3 disks (starting from disk 0) and none of them are labeled D: as it says on the event viewer. Is it possible for event viewer to show errors on a drive that's not connected or is it because it's connected but not powered?
