Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3-4330
Mobo: ASRock H97M
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X
RAM: 2x4GB (supposedly)
OS: Windows 8 x64 (not pirated)
So, I'm having trouble with one of my RAM sticks. System Information has a 4GB discrepancy between the Installed Physical Memory and Total Physical Memory categories (Installed shows the full 8GB, while Total only shows 3.9GB). I am unable to use the 4GB that it doesn't detect in any way. The BIOS detects both sticks just fine. I am running a full, legit copy of Win8.1 64 bit.
I tried following some stuff in this thread (like ensuring both my sticks were clocked at 1333MHz, which they were) but I haven't been able to make anything work.
