Help needed for file on bios

Hi i just finished putting my pc together and (motherboard is H170 pro gaming) when i turned on the computer to download the bios i download it on the internet and once it finishit rebooted then it took me back so that i can then select the file so that it can continue to upate but when i select the file it says that it is not a proper bios file. The name of the file is H17PG.CAP.

No in the folder it shows the date then has a number with 16779264 then H17PG.CAP. when i got the file through the bios were it gave me thw option to get through internet or storage device.

Not sure i believe it came from the site since when it said if i wanted to get it through the internet it just automatically started to download the bios. Then when that finished it rebooted and took me back so that i can select the .cap file again so that it can continue to update but when i click the.cap file it says if i want to read it and then says that this file is not a proper bios file.
