Hi, I was testing my RAM with memtest, running 3 instances each to test 2047MB and only one of them reporting multiple errors.

I have 4x2GB slots so i am guessing only one of them is damaged/faulty... so is there a way to find out which one is having problem without physically removing the ram slots one by one and testing the rest ?

Can i disable them in bios ?
Is there an app to tell me which module is faulty ?

Solution
To know which module has errors you have to test each one on it's own in turn (ie remove all but one of them).
No other way.

And it's not the RAM slot that's faulty (as in your post title) it's the RAM itself.
