So hello guys, i am trying to help my friend to build basic gaming pc. I managed to build decent one for myself spending just about 500euro, and it runs totally everything or anything on max, so that went good. But case is that my friend doesnt need that much everything, he just want to smoothly runs games like cs:go and simillar ones. And he has some crappy laptop. And he isnt familliar with forums , so i am helping him 
. So..
*What should build include? - just most important parts like motherboard, cpu, graphich card, some storage , psu, ram.
*Is it possible to limit of 350euro?
*I am familliar with partspicker, best what i got there for him was 380euro with this build

*Would be preffered parts, that later could be upgraded. For example motherboard combined with i3, which following can be later swapped for i5 or higher.
