Possible RAM Problem?

Hey folks,

First the backstory:
I've taken my PC into a repair store a couple times due to a bsod and random lock-ups, turns out that was a failing hard drive. So they gave me a new storage unit, it seems to run fine, but now after a day or two of running, my pc acts strange.
What will happen is that after about 48 hrs of use, my desktop background will go black, and some of the taskbar menu options will disappear. Like the start and search menu on Windows 10 for example. If I click where it's supposed to be, it opens up, but it's laggy. I also notice that my pc bogs down a bit too. I also noticed that my file explorer icon doesn't work, so I can't access my hard drive.

I used to put my computer to sleep and found out it was causing some bsods upon wake-up, so now I just let it run all day and night for about a week at a time, or until I have to either restart or turn it off when it does this. But instead of having my monitor on all the time, I turn it off to save a bit of wattage.

I ran a MemTest about a week ago and everything came back fine. I doubt it's the processor since it boots up just fine, and it doesn't lock up or randomly turns off. I very doubt that it's gpu related since that's the newest part and I don't experience any problems during gaming.

Maybe RAM is starting to die? Or another bad sector in the hdd?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Run dism too and restart computer after each, sometimes you have to run them both few times with restarts in between. If after that it doesn't come out clean, something is seriously wrong with whole system.
That's usual way but try some other things first.
In Command prompt (As administrator) run this two lines one by one:
sfc /scannow
and
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

You may also what to check HDD health. Best to get test program from it's manufacturer.

I ran the /scannow command and it said it found corrupt files but it was unable to fix some of them.
