Should I enable Turbo mode on FX 8320e on Asrock 990fx extreme 3

I was wondering if I should enable Turbo mode on FX 8320e 8core cpu because my motherboard only has 4+1 power phase. Is it worth to enable it and can it burn my vrms?

It does matter but you are already starting with lower powered CPU because of that "e".

Overclocking is another animal. it requires processor to work at that frequency all the time, even at idle, while turbo kicks in only when required for much shorter periods so everything has time to cool down.
