XFX P1 650s NLB9 or XFX PRO 650 core edition? Any better PSU for 80$?

Im building myself a new pc. The budget for the psu is about 80$ with tax. My main choices where the two above. Any thing better for around 80$? Please support your opinion with some facts.
All help is welcome.

keep what the pc uses in mind,the G2 from EVGA is a solid choice,The 650watt GQ as well.If having a pc which doesn't use alot of power would the 450watt FSP already do fine,but the effiiciency of the others is so good that it probaby doesn't make a difference and with higher watts would you be able to use a higher wattage gpu.Looking at that will new pc parts rather use less than more in the future.
The 750watt bronze is probably only necessary when using an overclocked system with two heavy gpu's.
