Asus ROG STRIX X99 Gaming PC boots, not posting, no BIOS, Q-Code 00

I just finished the assembling of my new PC, when I press the power button the PC boots, but it's not posting and I can't reach the BIOS, the Q-Code is showing 00. Also the CPU fan and GPU fans are working, but the CHA_FAN1 and CHA_FAN2 are not spinning. Any suggestions?

Try testing the board outside the case, for ruling out a short. Make sure that you've properly connected the 8 pin power cable (not the PCIe 6+2) to the motherboard.

I removed the board from the case and double checked the 8-pin and 4-pin CPU cables, chasis fans still not working and still 00.

0601, is that supposed to be the BIOS version?

Yes. The CPU is supported. Try removing the CPU and see if bent pins in the CPU socket.

Ive been looking it for 3 minutes now but I don't see any bent pins.

I just finished installing the CPU and heatsink, I'm 100% sure there are no bent pins, there is no need for picture. I really don't like to play around with the CPU and socket.

The board - yes probably thats the problem, but the CPU - I'm not sure if it's defective too.
