Video tdr failure

Hi.. Friends.. Can anybody help me.. I bought asus H61M-D motherboard twice time. The problem is when i install intel hd graphics(new version) driver(second generation intel hd graphics) it is showing blue screen error (video tdr failure). I also format my pc.. But the problems are still existing. I am using intel core i3 2120 processor, windows 8 64bit os. I have noted that i got same error in previous motherboard which i was replaced.. Kindly give me a solution

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs? Please include your PSU.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| Without using the latest drivers does your system boot without any issues?
4| Why would you have to buy the board twice?
5| Are you sure your installer isn't corrupt?

Are you sure the folks you bought it from replaced it with a new motherboard?
