Hello, my new laptop is using only 3.46 gb of ram from 4 gigs. I've installed winodws 10 64 bit and windows 7, currently on windows 7 64 bit and nothing has changed. Is the memory faulty or is the windows using up the rest of the RAM? I've looked this up on the internet and couldn't find no specific answer. https://postimg.org/image/9y86pnyd9/
