I'm currently trying to overclock my i5-4690k to as high as it is possible however the temperatures are getting very high.
My mobo is asus z97p, cooler- corsair h55 liquid cooling.
I tried overclocking to 4.2ghz with changing voltage to 1.2 (i was getting bsod so i had to raise it) and as soon as i ran prime95 to stress the cpu, the cpu temperature went up to 75°C, and after about 5 minutes the temperature exceeded 85°C. Now it is set back to stock value and is running on idle with 35°C and 50°C under stress.
