I'm going to cool my cpu and gpu and have a budget of $600. My goal is to have a mix of performance and to be aesthetically pleasing.

Custom loops, can be frustrating to build but worth the effort. If you want something "aesthetically pleasing", dump the barbs and go for these XSPC compression fittings.

id say go with a better ek nickle plated waterblock for around 110$ which i believe can improve your conformance by a lot compared to that cheap xs pc waterblock
