I decided to wirte here because I really don't know what to do
I have a windows 7 ultimate laptop x64 and I want to make my (fake) controller xbox 360 work. I tried every single guide here and on other forums or youtube but nothing work! I explain now what I do:
1- install driver from windows site
2- restart my computer (it doesn't ask me to restart though only after I have unsuccesfully paired it with a driver for the first time)
3- I plug in my controller that lights the circle once
4- I go under unknown devices and right click it
5- I select manually the drivers from the "let me pick...." under microsoft controller blablabla
6- I select the xbox driver with "2009" near it
7- warning message I click yes and...
8- error code 10 impossible to start the device (or something like that it was a quick translation from my language but it is error code 10 nontheless)
Pls guys help me I saw ppl plug in it directly and make it working or making what I do without problems *really-sad-face*
