Solution Colif Aug 21, 2016 what version of windows are you running? If latest version of win 10, you can run a troubleshooter (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change ( but you may need to call them anyway) its likely the PC your key thinks its tied to is your old PC.
