VGA from old monitor to input on motherboard

So I'm using an AOC monitor with HDMI plugged in to my GPU and it works fine. I got a bit older monitor that only supports VGA and DVI, since I ain't got DVI cable nor a VGA to DVI adapter I can only use my VGA cable and stick it into my motherboard (Temporary solution though) and the monitor will display "No signal detected". So I've read quite a bit online and I either have to buy an adapter or enable something in the BIOS, but I don't really know what.

My pc is a desktop Acer with a Geforce 750 GPU (Not sure what the motherboard is)

Solution
There might not be a setting in BIOS with ACER (so either using the onboard, or the graphics card). I suggest buying the DVI adapter for solving the issue.

I've read through the entire BIOS and I can't find anything, which doesn't really make much sense since there is a VGA output on the motherboard.

If this helps my modell is: Acer TC-705.
