I got the blue screen with memory management error several times the past few days. I ran windows memory diagnostic and it found hardware issues. I've built the computer a couple weeks ago - can it be that RAM got loose or is it 100% broken? please help!I got the blue screen with memory management error several times the past few days. A few pointers if you are getting memory errors, system restarts, or programs crashing or exiting, hanging.

When the system is off take a memory stick out of the system.
Read off, or write down all of the information found on the sticker of the memory.

Insert it back into the memory slot of the motherboard.
And then go into the bios of the motherboard.

Check that board has detected the memory and set the correct speed to run the memory.
The correct timing values are set correctly.
And the voltage set for the Memory modules is set right.

Pay close attention to if the memory is Xmp capable, and make sure Xmp mode is enabled in the bios settings.

Also if the memory states it is Buffered or Un Buffered, look in the bios under the section to do with memory for a option that says enable, or disable ECC mode.

For buffered or Un buffered memory the option in the bios should be disabled.
If the memory or the sticker on it states it is Ecc enabled memory the option in the bios must be enabled Vorfness.

It must be set correctly depending on the type of memory the sticker states on the the memory module`s.
As if not set in the bios to the right selection it will cause memory errors.

One other thing to try is to actually, manually set the speed of the memory to a lower speed setting or value in working Mhz operation. and then test the system with that lower speed setting selected for the memory.

To see if the errors stop.
