Will my new GPU (MSI Radeon RX 470 Gaming 4GB) fit in computer case?

So, I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU(GTX 750 1GB) to an MSI Radeon RX 470 Gaming 4GB and since I don't know anything about computers I wonder a few things. I've already been told that I need to buy a new PSU but I'm curious if the new GPU will work in with my motherboard(an ASUS that came with my prebuilt desktop PC, unsure about specs).

So I got these pictures and I can add more if needed, and by the way, will the HDMI's/DVI's that goes out on the backside fit in the case?

You will have to remove the second metal protection on the PCIe hole in the case, but except that, there is nothing you really need to do. There is one thing to consider though, I don't know if your case is long enough for the card. I think it is, but I'm not sure.
